Three modes
Off: 0seat leaves the inbox alone. Draft: reply as a private note, an agent sends. Autopilot: the reply goes straight to the customer when its category has passed the measurement, and stays a draft otherwise.
Every inbox has its mode: off, draft or autopilot. You decide which inboxes get drafts and which answer on their own, and the server refuses autopilot in advance wherever it must never exist.
All or nothing suits nobody: an inbox of recurring technical questions can take autopilot, a billing inbox never. A global setting forces you to pick the worse of the two.
Off: 0seat leaves the inbox alone. Draft: reply as a private note, an agent sends. Autopilot: the reply goes straight to the customer when its category has passed the measurement, and stays a draft otherwise.
On a payments inbox (declared as such, or whose name mentions payment or billing), on an unofficial WhatsApp channel, and when WHMCS is connected without possible identity verification.
Handoff reasons do not depend on the mode: money, disputes, cancellations, a request for a person, a second follow-up.

Off. You switch each inbox to draft mode yourself; nothing goes out without an agent until you move an inbox to autopilot.
Because it is declared as a payments inbox or its name mentions billing, because its WhatsApp channel is not the official API, or because WHMCS is connected without identity verification. The reason is shown in the console.
No. Payment, invoice, refund or dispute go to a human, in every mode.
Connect an inbox, approve the suggested knowledge base, and get your first prepared replies.
Money, disputes, cancellations, a request for a person, a second follow-up, an answer missing from the base: an agent takes over, whatever the mode.
The draft arrives as a private note with the knowledge base entries behind it. The agent sends, edits or discards it. Below the threshold, no reply.
The real cost of every model call, per conversation, in the console. A monthly cap per space, checked before each call.
