Domain resellers

For domain name resellers

A domain reseller answers questions about dates: when does this domain expire, why is the transfer stuck, what is this invoice for. 0seat reads the customer’s domains, invoices and orders in WHMCS before writing, and hands over as soon as money comes up.

What gets in the way today

Renewals

“Has my domain been renewed?” arrives ten times a day, and the answer is different for every customer. WHMCS has to be opened every time.

Transfers

Authorisation code, transfer lock, the sixty-day wait after registration: the procedure is known, but each case depends on the domain’s actual state.

Invoices and orders

An order awaiting payment or an unpaid invoice blocks a renewal. The customer doesn’t know it and writes to support.

What 0seat does about it

The customer’s domains, read at drafting time

Name, status and expiry date of every domain on the account, read in WHMCS and summarised in the private note. The draft answers with the real date.

Orders and invoices in view

A pending order or an unpaid invoice shows in the summarised file: the draft can explain why the renewal didn’t go through.

The transfer procedure in the approved base

The transfer steps come from your own replies, extracted from your conversations and approved by an agent. Per-extension prices are read from WHMCS.

Handoff on money

Payment, refund, disputed invoice, cancellation: the draft stops and the conversation goes to an agent, in every mode.

Frequently asked questions

Can 0seat trigger a renewal or a transfer?

No. Every allowed API action is a read. The draft explains the domain’s state and what to do next; the action stays with the customer or the agent.

Are extension prices up to date?

They are re-read from your WHMCS every twelve hours, for the extensions you pick in the console. A price outside that list is never quoted.

How does 0seat know which customer it is?

From the e-mail address of the conversation’s contact, looked up in WHMCS. With duplicates or no known address, the draft is written without account data.

What if the customer claims to own another account?

The stated e-mail proves nothing: the agent reviews the draft before sending. On a WHMCS space, autopilot stays refused until the widget enforces identity verification.
