Your plan carries a cap on model cost per space and per month. Once reached, the space stops until the next month and lets you know. No bad surprise.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
No. The card is requested before the first space, and the subscription starts at payment. A demo on request takes the place of a trial.
How much does a draft cost?
The cost depends on the model and the length of the conversation; it is shown after every call in the console. We don’t publish an average until it is measured on your space.
What happens at the cap?
The space stops producing drafts until the next month and the console flags it. Your agents keep replying normally in their inbox.
What happens to billing if a space is suspended?
A suspended space leaves the billed quantity, with a prorated credit at Stripe. Suspension goes through our support today, not through a console button.
Who bills, and in which currency?
ZeroSuite, INC. bills through Stripe, in US dollars, with tax computed by Stripe Tax. Invoices and their PDF are in the Stripe customer portal.
