For the support lead

You answer for the quality of replies, not for a demo. 0seat gives you a knowledge base that you approve entry by entry, a log of every draft, the health of the space and per-space access for your team.

What gets in the way today

An outdated documentation base

Canned responses contain values from three years ago. Nobody has time to re-read them, and an assistant built on them repeats the mistakes.

No trace of what the tool does

An assistant that answers without a log cannot be controlled. When a customer complains, you need to say what was proposed, based on what, and at what cost.

Access that is too broad

An agent who sees every space, or a contractor who sees the whole organisation, is a mistake waiting for its day.

What 0seat does about it

A base that you approve

Entries extracted from your conversations and imported from your canned responses arrive as candidates. Approve, correct, reject, merge: nothing is used before your decision.

A log per space

For every draft: the decision (reply, ask for details, hand over), the entries consulted, the duration of each step and the cost of the call. No message content is stored there.

The health of the space

Scheduled tasks (nightly extraction, history backfill, WHMCS prices) are visible with their latest runs; extraction and backfill can be re-run with a button.

Per-space access

Owner and administrators see every space; an agent only sees the ones you assign. Invitation by e-mailed code, no password.

0seat console, Knowledge base tab: 12 entries to review, 148 approved, one entry “My domain name stopped responding this morning” with its answer and the Approve, Save without deciding and Reject buttons.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the initial review take?

It depends on your history. The queue is sorted from the most frequent question to the rarest, and the console shows what share of requests the first twenty entries cover: you know where to stop.

Can an agent approve entries?

Yes, if assigned to the space. Every decision carries the person’s name and the date; two reviewers on the same entry are settled by the server.

What does the log contain, and for how long?

Decisions, entries consulted, durations, costs and the conversation number, never the text of messages. The retention period is set per space, and a daily purge applies it.

Can we see what the assistant cost this month?

Yes, per space and per conversation, in the console. A monthly cap stops the space when it is reached.
